This program pretty much has it all, from instructors who will spend time with you on pronunciation, reading and writing, to free software like Rosetta Stone and online libraries with more resources than you can possibly use during your studies. The balance of online learning with virtual classes you can pop in and out of makes this the best French course I've taken, and I've tried a lot of different things over the past 10 years. You get the classmates and live instruction to keep you motivated with all of the online tools you'd get with an app.

This course was the best of both worlds for a new Canadian with an engineering background from Brazil. It wasn't too expensive and it let me learn at my own pace. The best part was I still could log into a face-to-face classroom for conversations with my teacher and even more time with my classmates during the "conversation clubs" . Humber College helped me find the right level to start at, then helped me improve my English for business and everyday speaking in ways I didn't think were possible for me.

I have completed my second semester, so about 8 months, at North Campus in business. It's a BIG campus with a great vibe, food options and classrooms and facilities.The professors are pretty good. Out of 12 courses, 11 professors were outstanding and one was just okay. They are respectful and make sure you understand the materials. My Principles of Management prof is a favourite. He would teach for 30 minutes then do in-class exercises and simulations designed to teach us how to run different companies and compete against classmates. It was amazing. You learn by doing and he would walk around to help us communicate within teams and manage time and learn how a business works from the inside out.Student support is also outstanding. Blackboard is used to get assignments and grades, and to communicate with profs. It's not the best, but IT support is available in minutes if you need help. I know plenty of students who use academic services like the writing centre and counselling too who say only the best things.Last but not least is campus life. It is really good. People at least in business work hard but also have fun. It's a multicultural campus with people from India, Canada, China, Brazil, London, you name it. This has added so much to the experience and I'm proud to study here.

Great program. Andrea Tavchar was my prof and she was amazing - a practitioner who also had a PhD in the field. That's the great thing about Humber, you get a strong academic background (theory) with loads of practice, practice, practice. Employers around the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) also know Humber very well.

This was a great online course for an ECE working during the day. The pandemic has been hard on everyone, but kids have struggled due to social isolation. Learning more about mental health issues facing my kids has made me a much better educator and allowed me to create thoughtful new programming at my childhood centre in Toronto.
