Not easy! Health science courses will make you work harder than you've ever worked and you will still probably not get an 80%. Class sizes are about 30ppl, clinical theory is about 60 and clinical groups around 10. The people in my program are really nice and supportive, so are all profs and admin. There isn't competition here like in some MD programs -- once you're in, you're in! Find your group of friends and work together. It'll be worth it.
